Biography
Kevin A. Henderson is the associate director of the Honors College and directs the
                                                Office of Student Fellowships at Duquesne University. In these roles, he oversees
                                                the Honors College Fellowship Program and leads the newly established Office of Student
                                                Fellowships. Kevin holds degrees from Columbia University, Fordham University, Alliance
                                                Theological Seminary, and Nyack College. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Columbia
                                                University, specializing in international organizations and global education policy.
                                                His research explores how non-state actors shape education discourse, particularly
                                                in relation to national initiatives for digital transformation.
 
Before joining Duquesne in July 2023, Kevin served as a program officer and founding
                                                program director of digital content at the United Board, where he specialized in digital
                                                education initiatives in Hong Kong, Japan, India, and the Philippines. He is the former
                                                editor-in-chief of Current Issues in Comparative Education, a member of the Comparative and International Education Society, and a co-founder
                                                of the Southeast Asia Special Interest Group. Originally from Brooklyn, New York,
                                                Kevin now resides in Pittsburgh with his wife and four children.
